Raman Subba Rao - Managing Director

Raman plays crucial role in defining company strategy, managing financials and setting directions. He also has set up the software delivery center. His thorough understanding of process maturity has helped Canarys achieve an ISO certification. Currently, he is gearing up the organization for a CMMi assessment. He was also instrumental in rolling out Canarys’ first product: QT360, an end-to-end quality project management tool.

Raman comes with two decades of experience in electronics and information technology and has worked extensively with startups and large enterprises. During his stint at Hewlett Packard, he was involved in software development and maintenance, process definition and CMM implementation.

Raman holds an engineering degree in electronics and communication from Bangalore University.


Srihari Boregowda – Director Technical

Srihari is actively involved in setting directions and evangelizing. His vision of next generation IT with asset based development and software reuse has resulted in Canarys’ flagship product – Scorpus. Scorpus enables storing and publishing software assets based on OMG standards. He has helped Canarys secure intellectual-property rights in the area of software reuse.

Srihari has two decades of experience in software programming, designing, building enterprise applications and project management. He has worked extensively on designing and developing world-class software products and components. He was also instrumental in planning and executing large, mission-critical projects at Hewlett Packard and Motorola.

Srihari holds a master’s degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University.


Raghu Chandrashekhariah – Director Business Development

Raghu plays a predominant role in Sales and Customer Delivery. He is responsible for improving customer experience and adding value. He plays a crucial role in engaging customers and nurturing long-lasting relationships. He has been successful in strengthening Canarys’ ties with large System Integrators in India and overseas.

In last two decades, Raghu has worked extensively on business development, lead generation, account management, and customer relationship management. He contributes significantly to the recruitment and training functions at Canarys. An ardent proponent of innovation in the area of training, he evolves and spearheads training initiatives aimed at helping employees stay abreast with the prevailing trends and technologies.

Raghu holds an engineering degree in electronics and communication from Bangalore University.


Arun Danavadi – Director Operations

Arun heads the entire services delivery function comprising of ADM, Testing and Consulting. He initiates and implements team-building and other activities aimed at customer satisfaction and boosting Canarys’ delivery capabilities. He is also responsible for Human Resource function involving talent acquisition, retention, identifying and evolving policies.

In last two decades, he has worked extensively on planning and execution of enterprise level software applications.

Arun holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Gulbarga University.
